Thousands turned up to celebrate recovery from alcoholism and addiction on September 9th in New Westminster, BC, Canada: Recovery Day BC Festival. There were food trucks, a street circus, a kids zone with clowns and a face painter, mental health and addiction info booths, TEDx style speakers, live music and much more.
